Our prefabricated buildings are classed as moveable property (article 335 of the Spanish Civil Code), which streamlines the procedure for obtaining authorization to install them. In addition, the installations are not counted as part of the constructed area, therefore other financing options are available, giving companies the freedom to allocate financial resources to other areas of production (financing on a fixed lease basis is available).
